Vice President, Account Services
Kim has applied her management skills to spearhead successful marketing campaigns for an array of clients over the past 15 years. Her work at global powerhouses such as Wunderman and Ammirati Puris Lintas in New York City and at small boutique agencies in Washington, DC has given Kim a thorough grasp of account planning, processes and strategies. Coupled with her keen eye for great design, this has enabled her to develop and oversee well-rounded and seamlessly executed campaigns for clients such as American Express, UPS, DirecTV, Microsoft Corporation, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the National Association of Independent Schools. Kim's upbringing in vibrant New Orleans has paved the way for her profound appreciation for fine art, diversity and culture, and, of course, good food!
For more than 20 years, Duane has provided concept and brand development, art direction and graphic design, and project and production management services for leading associations, publishers, agencies and corporate clients. These include United Way of America, the National Crime Prevention Council, and the American Psychiatric Association. His expertise includes branding from the ground up as well as working within established visual guidelines, and he has produced compelling and award-winning communications materials that advance the mission of the client organization. Duane is also a contemporary artist, working in oils, acrylics and mixed media. His art hangs in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and in Canada and the Caribbean. In his spare time, he spoils an oversized Pomeranian named Teddy Baker.

Francoise founded Iris Mktg in 2013 to offer clients a relationship-rich experience when working with a marketing agency. Over her nearly 20 years in the industry, she has established strong partnerships with marketing teams at organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center, part of the American Nurses Association. As president and CEO of Iris Mktg, Francoise provides guidance in the day-to-day operations of Iris. She is also in charge of positioning Iris Mktg as the preferred choice for those who recognize the value of working with a small and respected agency built on the diverse experience of its staff. A native of Lima, Peru, Francoise is fluent in both Spanish and English and is a self-declared expert in all things related to Peruvian cuisine.
